As a Mercury owner, you are an important part of the family of Ford Motor Company customers and we are very sensitive to your concerns and needs. During this transition, you will have continued access to parts and service support at Ford and Lincoln Dealerships. And rest assured that we will continue to honor current warranties and Ford Extended Service Plans.
A : Ford and Lincoln Dealerships will be the experts when it comes to servicing your Mercury. They’ll have all the necessary training and will use parts made for your Mercury.
A : Absolutely. We appreciate our Mercury owners and stand ready to continue to serve you. We will honor all Mercury warranties, Extended Service Plans and maintenance plans. We will also provide parts and service support for your Mercury for as long as you own it.
A : If you finance your Mercury through Ford Credit, your account will not be affected in any way. You can continue to access your Ford Credit account the same way you have always done.
A : Yes. There are still plenty of Custom Accessories available for your Mercury vehicle. You can purchase them online or contact a Ford or Lincoln Dealership to set up an installation appointment.
A : We will continue to offer our normal lease programs until sales of new Mercury vehicles cease.
A : The vast majority of dealerships will not be selling new Mercury vehicles beyond the end of 2010. Mercury Dealerships in Michigan and West Virginia will continue to sell new Mercury vehicles until 6/30/11.
